Man loses 80 pounds in just 10 months by eating right and doing moderate exercise

A formerly overweight man named Rome succeeded in losing 80 pounds in just 10 months without doing anything drastic.

According to his fitness coach, he lost the weight by eating a “balanced whole nutritional diet” and undergoing moderate exercise. He added that there was “no starving himself, no silly 0 carb diets and no silly liquid detox diets.”
